This home was a building contractor's forever home. Custome designed by local architecht Hugh Jorgensen to include 6'' exterior walls and light weight steel frame contruction which is higher end than wood framing and superior in many ways. It was this builder's specialty. 6'' walls allowed for greater insulation and the windows and doors are International Imperial Series with dual glazed Azure glass, the highest preformance glass available at the time. The roof was recently redone in 2'' foam with crystals to improve roof insulation and HVAC units were upgraded to 16 Seer in 20XX.
