I am very happy with my condo buying experience with Herman. I was trepidatious about the entire process having no experience at all. He laid out everything that I needed to know and the whole thing was a lot easier than people make it out to be! He listened well and got a feeling for what would be a good fit for me personally and guided through every step of the process so it was never overwhelming nor stressful. Going above and beyond, the referrals he gave for the other services I needed in the process (attorney, mortgage lender, etc) were all great too. Highly recommend!
